Am I guaranteed of approval with your guaranteed mobile phone contracts?

Yes and no. Be rest assured that you are guaranteed of an approval because we do not in any way use your past payment history as basis for approval. We can therefore guarantee you of approval on that front. However, in situations where you do not meet the basic requirements put forth, we cannot assure you of a guarantee. On the other hand, if you meet all the set requirements, your credit score shouldn’t be a stumbling block and we can guarantee you of an approval.

Do I have to part with a small deposit prior to getting approved?

Unfortunately, there are instances where we might ask you for a small upfront payment especially when you choose one of the latest high end phones such as Samsung galaxy s7. This is simply to mitigate risk on our side and is not in a way a means to lock out our customers. Latest released smartphones are very expensive and therefore we simply want to insure ourselves. The deposit you pay is refundable at the end of your contract and therefore you need not to worry.

I am 17 years of age. Can I apply for a guaranteed mobile phone contract?

No. You cannot apply for a mobile phone contract and if you do, your application will not be approved. The law states that you must be at least 18 years before you can be considered for a mobile phone contract. 18 years is the legal age to enter into a contract in the UK and therefore if you are under that age, we are sorry we can’t approve you for a phone contract.

I have a history of arrears. Can I still apply for a guaranteed mobile phone contract?

Yes. You are free to apply for a mobile phone contract even if you have a history of arrears or default. That’s the beauty of guaranteed mobile phone contracts. We have a mobile phone deal suitable for everyone and therefore you need not worry of your past payment history. However, we expect you to be prompt with payment when you get approved for a phone contract as defaults might further negatively impact your credit score.

Do you also offer refurbished phones?

Yes we do offer both new and refurbished phones as well as brand new phones. Those with a limited budget can always go for refurbished phones. We are cognizant of the fact that people have different financial capabilities as well as tastes and preferences.

What happens if I am unable to meet my monthly obligations?

We expect you to meet your monthly obligations as outlined in the contract. However, we are also cognizant of the fact that there are instances where you might run into financial problems. When this happens it is important you reach out to us so that we work out a formula that is in tandem with your financial situation. However, the reality is, if you are unable to meet your monthly obligations, your credit score will suffer a beating.

Do I have a say in the period I can be committed to a guaranteed mobile phone contract?

We require that you be committed to our guaranteed mobile phone contract for a period not less than 18 months. The maximum period you can be committed is up to you. In essence, the longer the contract length, the smaller the amount of money you pay in a month and vice versa.
